Wedding Photography
Getting Started
If you are reading this the chances are that you or someone you love have decided to get married. Congratuations! If you are the bride or groom I wish you all the best in planning your big day and in your preparations for your married life together.
May I suggest you start by looking at some of the wedding photos in my portfolio.
On the Day
In the morning I can take photos of the bride getting prepared, the groom and best men at the ceremony venue and the ceremony itself. A proud father walks his daughter up the aisle. The mother of the bride wipes away a small tear. The kiss.
After the wedding ceremony the bride and groom might like some personal portraits at a nearby beauty spot or favourite haunt. Strolling along the beach, posed on the spiral staircase or reclining on a bench.
The Reception
At the reception venue I would arrange people for group photos ensuring that all your family and friends are recorded in a photo memory. Some candid unposed photos of your guests complete the story of the afternoon as people relax and celebrate with you.
Then the speeches and cutting the cake. Reaction shots showing how your guests recieved the bestman's jokes. Then it's all eyes to the dance floor as the couple take their first dance together as husband and wife.
Prices
I know a wedding can be very expensive and so I keep the starting prices low: photography from £500 and albums from £150. To further help my clients with budgeting I can spread the balance payments after the deposit is paid.
